2. Service
A manual asset map, not a bank, investment adviser or will. Shared access gives no rights to financial accounts. Early access is free; future paid plans require a separate purchase.
3. Account and content
You need your own email, internet and a current browser with JavaScript. Verifying a code may create an account. Keep your email and passphrase secure. Lost E2EE passphrases cannot be recovered.
Your content remains yours; we may process it to provide the service. Only add data you may lawfully use. Do not store bank passwords, private keys or recovery phrases, send spam or access others' accounts.
You may use the hosted app for your personal or family records. This transfers no rights to our branding or software; separate software licences still apply. Do not upload malware, commit fraud, bypass access controls or overload the service. We may limit abusive traffic.
5. Ending use and complaints
Interruptions may occur. We may restrict access for abuse or security reasons, explaining why where lawful and safe. You may stop using the app, export your data and email us to close your account. Email complaints to the contact above; include the issue and requested solution, never your passphrase. We respond within applicable legal deadlines.
6. Availability and responsibility
We do not promise uninterrupted availability or verify your entries. Check them before relying on them. Our responsibility for outages, data loss and events beyond our control follows applicable law. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Law and changes
Polish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence or your right to use a competent court. Invalid provisions do not affect the rest where it can lawfully continue.
We will notify you before important changes, except urgent legal or security changes. You may stop using the service. Any legally required acceptance will be requested separately.
